Order Cancellation
Because each print-on-demand item begins production shortly after your purchase, orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, production will have begun, and cancellation is no longer possible.
1. Return Application
1.1 Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-defective items, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
1.2 Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is damaged, flawed, or inconsistent with the description, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
2. Return Requirements
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Products must remain in a condition suitable for resale.
- Sale items (promotional or discounted products) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Refund Timeline
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days. The exact posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.
4. Orders Not Received
If your order shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it:
— Please provide proof of non-receipt.
— Once verified, we will issue a reshipment or a refund.
You must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery scan.
5. Special Situations
5.1 Refused Packages
Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5.2 Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused, and any resulting costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5.3 Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of: excessive wear, improper use, tampering, return abuse, or any behavior inconsistent with this policy.
